Roopayshoppe will not be able to accept return after 7 days of product delivery.
The order placed cannot be cancelled or refunded and only can be replaced with the same product or another product of the same price.
If the certain order has to replace it must be informed via your registered email along with the order to support@roopayshoppe.com
If your order has been shipped, it will be replaced as soon as the courier service confirms that the shipment is being returned to the roopayshoppe.
If the pin code of the new address is available for pick-up, the address can be changed while creating the return.
In rare event of the product not being replaced by the date promised, you can contact support@roopayshoppe.com as we will work with you to get it done.
Status of your order or replacement will be updated through your email or SMS.

ROOPAYSHOPPE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURN OF ITEM(s):

When an item is damaged because of use or when it is not in the same condition as you received it.
When anything is missing from the package you’ve received including the price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories.
When items are tampered with or having missing serial numbers.
When an item(s) returned after 2(48 hours) days.

HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCT AND TO KNOW THE STATUS OF MY PRODUCT:

You can only return the product for replacement by requesting for replacement through mailing to support@roopayshoppe.com
Once your request for replacement is accepted you will get SMS or email confirming that your request being processed .you can also track the status of your return by tracking with your shipment number.

Under roopayshoppe shipping, Return and Refund Policies, if the delivered products are found to be damaged, then one can conveniently return the product and seek replacement. However, before requesting for a replacement, we suggest you to go through this Shipping, Return and Refund Policies thoroughly.
1. First and foremost, do not accept a product if it isn’t properly packaged or the seal is broken. If you return a product with damaged seal, then roopayshoppe will not accept it.
2. If you want to return a product, then request for a return and replacement within 48 hours from the 'Time of Delivery' (that is from receiving the product).
3. You can request return by mailing to the Customer Service Team at support@roopayshoppe.com within 48 hours (2 days) from the Time of Delivery.
4. While returning a product, you must ensure that the product is in unused condition, it is in its original package and that the order number is retained. Items without their proper order number will not be accepted.
5. In roopayshoppe almost all the items can be returned. However, there are certain products that might take some time to be replaced. Hence, we kindly request you to bear the inconvenience.
6. While packing the products that are to be returned, kindly ensure that you pack them tightly and securely so that they will not get damaged during the transit.
7. If you are planning for self-shipping which might happen when we are not able to arrange a reverse pickup facility within your area due to the non-serviceable pin code or out of coverage area, kindly use a reliable courier service.
8. When you are returning a product, you must incur the shipping charges as well. However, roopayshoppe will not bear a part of your shipping expenses. .
9. In your Request for Return/Replacement E-mail, kindly mention your Order/ Serial Number and product name. Ensure that you mention the same in your return package as well.
10. Kindly remember that a returned product will be re-dispatched only “Based on the Availability of STOCK in roopayshoppe.
11. For self shipping the products, kindly return the item/s to the address mentioned in invoice copy or dispatch receipt. While shipping, kindly ensure that you are shipping the product to the right Address from where the order was dispatched. Product listed as RoopayShoppe assured a Rs.100 charge for delivery item is applied if the order value is less than Rs.1000.while orders of Rs.1000 or above are delivered free.
Estimated delivery time between 3 and 10 working days.
Delivery time depends on some factors:

2.   The destination which you want the order shipped to location of the roopayshoppe.
3.   Difficulties caused due to the natural calamities.
